Olivia is currently the Managing Director of Zizi-Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd. She is an accomplished entrepreneur, a farmer and a former government employee with more than 25 years’ experience.

Olivia is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Sinethemba Mafama CC and a trustee of the Wool Trust at national level representing all emerging farmers of SA. She has lectured distant learners in Psychiatric Nursing Science at the University of Natal.

She has been in the management structures of the Department of Health for seven years and was recognised as the second best performing nurse in the Eastern Cape in 2002. She is the General Secretary of Wool Growers’ Association covering the region of Amathole and OR Tambo District Municipalities.

In addition to her broad experience Olivia has the following qualifications: Diploma in General Nursing Science and Midwifery (Pelonomi Hospital), Diploma in Community Nursing Science (University of Natal), Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing Science (University of Natal), Diploma in Clinical Nursing Science; Health Assessment; Treatment and Care (Baragwanath Hospital), Certificate in Labour Relations (UNISA), Certificate in Project Management, Certificate of Competency in Facilitation, Certificate in Conducting Outcome Based Assessments (EDUTEL).
